I don’t know about you, but I LOVE all things Marvel… Hulk is my absolute favourite. Especially when he is interacting with Thor – their relationship brings great comedy to the films.
Reading was never really something I never really enjoyed as a child, however fast-forward 30+ years and I love to read anything that helps me discover and understand the quirks we all have within our ‘rogue’ personalities. One of the books I first bought as an adult was in 2007; ‘Tigger on the Couch’ by Laura James. The book is self-proclaimed to discuss the neuroses and possible disorders of fictional characters from our childhoods (dependant on your age of course). This gave me the idea to think about other fictional characters that display certain behaviours and how we, as HR professionals, would see them and what potential issues their personal character traits may bring to the work place.
So, who wants to join in and have some fun discussing how we would perceive these fictional rogues? Please feel free to offer a character of your own for us to analyse and discuss. Let’s get started…
